Welcome To ActivInvestor

ActivInvestor Management

ActivInvestor Management was established in 2004 and is a research driven real estate investment manager with the objective to initiate and manage niche investment funds and tailor made products/execution of specific mandates. One of the key drivers of ActivInvestor Management is engaged fund management. The founders of ActivInvestor Management have solid experience and track record in the fields of property, investments (private equity) corporate governance, capital markets and corporate finance. ActivInvestor Management strives for high standards of governance and transparency for itself and also endeavours to increase the involvement of all its investors in its investment funds.

Investment policy

The investment process of the investment funds differs primarily in the depth of research conducted before investing (desk research, of which fundamental and corporate governance analyses, meetings with management and other players in the industry) and the involvement/attitude during the investment period. After investing in a property company, the fund manager will act as an engaged shareholder and will exercise its shareholder rights; enter into a dialogue with management and continually monitor the company’s results versus its previously announced forecasts and objectives. Where necessary, the fund manager will address management regarding application and improvement of their corporate governance with the objective to unlock shareholder value.
